Reminder: Upcoming Meeting Tuesday, December 18th, 2018

Dear Shady Park residents,

We would like to remind everyone about the upcoming meeting this Tuesday at the Roxana Volunteer Fire Department. In the recent mailing sent by RHP Properties you may have noticed the meeting is referenced as Wednesday, December 18th. The board has reached out to RHP and confirmed the CORRECT date is Tuesday, December 18th at 6:30pm.

Monday, December 3rd, 2018: Update from the Homeowners Association

Dear Shady Park residents,

As some of you may be aware, letters regarding a pending rent increase have been sent out from RHP Properties. To protect the rights of the residents of this community, we encourage all of you to join the Shady Park Homeowners Association now. Your assistance in reaching out to neighbors, especially those who may not be online as well as our part-time residents, is greatly appreciated as time is of the essence.

Good morning,

The board participated in a conference call with new owners a couple of nights ago. In short, we're aware and they're aware that we're in the honeymoon stages of the sale. Basically our call was a meet and greet, so to speak. RHP has hired a new community manager who is in training at another location and she will be in Shady Park in the not too distant future.
