As some of you may be aware, letters regarding a pending rent increase have been sent out from RHP Properties. To protect the rights of the residents of this community, we encourage all of you to join the Shady Park Homeowners Association now. Your assistance in reaching out to neighbors, especially those who may not be online as well as our part-time residents, is greatly appreciated as time is of the essence.
Please keep in mind that there is now a short time frame window to join the HOA. If we need to file for arbitration, if you are not a member by filing date, you will not be afforded the same protections as current members (by law).
About our mission: We formed this nonprofit organization to be a protective voice between you and the owners of Shady Park, as well as to ensure that they are complying with Delaware laws in their practices. For the small fee that we are asking, you can't afford NOT to join and we strongly encourage ALL residents to become a part of the HOA immediately.
