We invite you to come out and hear our goals, discuss membership and meet a few of your neighbors as well. The Shady Park HOA now has over 110 members (lots) with more joining us everyday. However, this is only 1/3 of the total lots in the park. Please assist the Board in spreading the word to attend the meeting on Saturday and hear the information.
The Shady Park Homeowners Association is a nonprofit organization established for the residents of Shady Park Mobile Home Community in Selbyville, Delaware (Sussex County, DE). The HOA is being developed in response to recent plans to sell the property and community which has been family-owned and operated for more than 50 years. The buyer is RHP Properties.
