About the Shady Park Home Owners Association

The Shady Park Homeowners Association is a nonprofit organization established by and for the residents of Shady Park Mobile Home Community in Selbyville, Delaware. Located on Route 54 in southern Delaware, plans for the sale of the property which has been family-owned and operated for decades, were announced in late May 2018. The prospective buyer is RHP Properties, the nation's largest owner/operator of manufactured home communities in the country. If the sale of Shady Park goes through, this will be their third purchase in the state of Delaware.
